I applied online. I interviewed at Amii (Canada) (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
I had three main interviews:
Pre-screening: Focused on eligibility to work in Canada and general fit for the role.
Technical interview: Mostly focused on the project I would be working on, including relevant technical experience and problem-solving approach.
Cultural interview: Focused on cultural fit, communication style, and alignment with the team.
First round of interview, 20 min HR/Product Manager talk about the background and Role description, followed by an hour-long technical interview with a specialist and client on ML, RL, LLM topics. One thing, RL was the smallest part of the role description and was never mentioned in the first round, and even in the invitation email for the second round, but they asked 3-4 RL and sequential decision-making questions, which was a surprise to me.
