The interview process felt unstructured and unprofessional. The interviewer frequently paused to attend other conversations and eventually ended the interview midway due to another meeting. There was limited discussion about my experience and the role itself, and personal questions unrelated to professional qualifications were asked. Overall, the process lacked focus and professionalism.

Interview
I had a disappointing interview experience. As a PGDM graduate, I was surprised by the perception that PGDM is not equivalent to an MBA, which may limit opportunities for many qualified candidates.
The overall process felt unprofessional. I waited over an hour for an interview that lasted less than 10 minutes, during which part of the time the interviewer appeared distracted. The tone of the conversation felt more like a lecture than a professional discussion, which made it uncomfortable.
Additionally, the office location is quite far from central metro access, so commuting might be a challenge. A cab would be a more practical option.
I hope the organization considers improving the professionalism and structure of their recruitment process to create a more respectful experience for candidates.

Interview
There were 3 rounds :
- First Round (Screening Round):
Conducted by the Junior HR, this round primarily focuses on basic questions related to the regrouping process, overall workflow, candidate’s stability, and prior experience.
- Second Round (HR Head Interview):
Candidates shortlisted from the first round proceed to an interview with the HR Head. This stage is situation-based and designed to assess problem-solving and decision-making skills. Regardless of the outcome, this round offers a valuable learning experience, similar to the interview processes followed by top-tier organizations like Facebook, Google, or Apple.
- Third Round (Final Interview with MD):
Conducted by the Managing Director, Mr. Maniraj, this round focuses on evaluating the candidate's personality, enthusiasm for work, and long-term potential. The primary objective is to identify individuals who demonstrate the qualities of a smart, dynamic, and future-ready leader capable of taking on managerial roles within the organization.
