Interview
"I had the first interview with Amo for the talent acquisition position. The interview went well. It was really nice. The interviewer was asking good questions about my experience and motivation to work. However, you have to ask them for an update, and once they give you an update, they will ask you to schedule a call for the 2nd interview. After fixing the date and time. I was waiting in the Teams call for 30 minutes, and no one showed up. I had to ask them again if there was any changes, I got an email saying "hi, I'm so sorry I was not able to reach you before, but we will not be able to do this interview today, and I will come back to you in couple of days to reschedule." however, when the recruiter replied, it was a rejection. Don't make candidates lose time in the call sitting idle, and no one shows up, or have some better communication. These are signs of disrespect

Interview
Three technical interviews, followed by one panel interview and an offer discussion.
The technical interviews were of average difficulty and focused on standard iOS topics. There was also a coding task, but it included a twist that made it a bit more challenging than usual (my favourite part).
The panel interview was relatively easy, although the final outcome will likely depend on the committee.

Interview
First introduction of the company and interviewer, then questions about me and my previous experience, and then practical questions about how I would handle given situations, after that my working style and my questions.
