Interview
1. Application Submission

2. Resume Screening
Step: Recruiters or software (ATS) screen applications.
Purpose: To shortlist candidates who meet the basic requirements.
3. Initial Interview (Phone/Video Screening)
Step: Shortlisted candidates are contacted for a brief phone or video call.
Purpose: To assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and fit.
4. Second-round Interview(s)
Step: In-depth interviews, often virtual or on-site.
Format: Can be one-on-one, panel, or technical interviews (sometimes including case studies or practical tasks).
Purpose: To evaluate technical skills, problem-solving ability, and team fit.
5. Assessments & Tests (if applicable)

The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an online aptitude test followed by a technical interview and an HR round. The panel was friendly and focused on both technical knowledge and communication skills.
