I applied online through the Amplify career site and then had a phone screen with a recruiter. Following that phone screen, I didn't hear back about next steps until nearly three months later, when I received a generic rejection email informing me that the role was filled. Of course, I assumed by then that I wasn't their choice for the role, and that's okay. However, I put time into preparing and interviewing, and the lack of follow-up that I experienced was disappointing.
