Phone screen with a recruiter, then a full day of three interviews, one of which involved a case study question that required us to document and diagram a process after it was explained to us.

Question 1
What was your hardest task to manage as a project manager and how did you do it?
Recruiter screen, performance task, two rounds of interviews. The process is frustrating at best. Communication is lackluster. They signal messages of hope and that you'd hear back soon and then they never respond. If you directly signal that an interviewee will hear back soon you should follow through regardless of if the result is positive or negative.
Starts with 30 minute screening interview, then an hour-long hiring manager interview, then an hour-long panel interview, performance task estimated to take 3 hours (presentation and rubric creation), and then a final interview where they will discuss the performance task.
