Met at a Branch with a recruiter who interviews you one on one. Reviewed experience etc. took a short basic math test and filled out documents. A few days later received an offer via e-mail and accepted it. Went for drug screening then two weeks of training and evaluation at the cooperate headquarters. A few folks did not pass this training and were let go. Then two weeks of in Branch training before moving to a location.

The hiring process is initially done online. I fill out an application and submit it after a week or two I was contacted by phone and told that they would like to have an interview. The interview was done in one of the Amscot branches. The recruiter went over some basic requirements about the position, IE it is full time, you must be available all hours, you mostly can't have another job. I was given a brief simple math assessment. After going over the answers I was asked basic questions about the company. I received a call a short time later to let me know they would like to hire me.
