the reason why i rate it difficult, is because the format they have to answer the questions in the STAR format which is situation task action and result, it is a behavioral based interview, which means they will describe a certain scenario your answer is what you have had in your experience in your previous work field or any other scenario they want you to walk them through

You are in a room amongst a panel of interviewers, similar to a line of judges. They wanted to know how much I prioritized safety and decision-making while on the train. They gave me some basic scenarios and asked me what I would do if put into those situations.

The interview process was easy straight forward and positive experience panel was pleasant and it was a relaxed interview but was not selected by amtrak HR I just have to keep trying
