I recently went through a 5-hour interview process with this company, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. Four of the interviewers seemed unprofessional, asking irrelevant questions that didn't assess my qualifications properly.
What struck me the most was a 4-hour discussion with the owner, mainly centered around money. The owner's fixation on financial matters overshadowed any genuine interest in my skills or the job fit. After expressing interest in hiring me, I received paperwork demanding guarantees of my competence and a commitment to completing training.
The owner's cheap approach and poor management style became apparent throughout the process. There were constant arguments about compensation, and he expected me to start working before officially extending a job offer – a red flag for me.
In summary, the company's unprofessionalism, money-centric focus, and questionable hiring practices left me with a negative impression. Proceed with caution if considering employment here.
