I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Andesa Services (Allentown, PA) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied through Handshake. The process took about 2-3 weeks.
Before the interview, I had to complete a personality type of question. Be sure to know all 6 of Andesa Services' values. They are on their website.
The first-round interview was with 2 engineers asking basic SQL and Java questions, especially OOP principles.
The second round of interviews is divided into two parts, team interview, and technical interview. The team interview was with multiple employees from various departments. The technical interview was interviewed with most system engineers (I was too focused on the interview, was not pay attention). These parts of the interview went into depth of SQL and Java and had to code in Word doc. I made a mistake in not remembering the syntax for Java.
Andesa Services was by far my most enjoyable interview experience. Unfortunately, I was not offered the position.
