Super day after 2 intro calls with analysts/associates. Straightforward group of guys and straightforward process, very streamlined and as painless as it can get. Ended with a super day meeting nearly everyone in the office for 30-45 mins each.

The process began with a phone interview, followed by a case study. Had approximately a week to complete a financial modeling exercise in Excel and put together a PowerPoint presentation for a company given their financials and marketing material. Had a follow-up call to discuss/present my findings. The next phase was in-person interviews with several firm members. These interviews were almost entirely personality and fit based with limited questions about the case study.
