The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Oct 2011
Interview
Called late on friday evening by recruiter from GTI solutions. Very personable on the phone, explained every step of the interview and what was expected. Standard competency based interview based off area's of CV and then more general competencies. One screwball question, tell us about a time you missed a deadline. Received prompt feedback.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Nov 2011
Interview
I had to fill out the online application, and then wait for an invitation to proceed with a numerical test. Apparently after the numerical test I would either get a rejection, or a link to an inductive reasoning test to sit online.
A week passed and only now that I have checked my account on their website, do I see that "Your application is not being progressed at this time, but your details will be kept on file for future vacancies". I don't think this means I necessarily failed the numerical? But I am not sure.
Having spent so much time on their application and numerical test, I would have appreciated an email updating me about the status of my application. Not overjoyed about how it was handled, because they were my number one choice.
