Interview
There were first two online tests (behavioral questions, simple reading charts questions). After that there was a Skype interview asking general behavioral questions. The next step was a 3.5 hour phone role-playing assesment where you took on the role of a manager and had to deal with day to day issues. I did not advance past this, however the next step is an in person interview in St. Louis.

What is a new product you think AB could have that would do well?
Starts with an application where you immediately get sent a link to a pymetrics games assessment where you play 12 games that build a personality model. Then there's a one-way digital interview. There's then two in-person interviews before hiring.

The interview concerned behavioral questions and really focused on past experiences and demonstrated skills that a candidate has displayed. The following interviews maintained this aspect but grew more difficult as the process continued

Interview
The whole process took about 2-3 months total, many interviews in the process for a trainee program. Very cool assessors in the beginning, then higher up managers for the final interview.
