You have to read a case and select beers that you want to move forward with for production. Honestly, just a very difficult case and I got unfriendly interviewers that essentially acted as though I was stupid for not picking up on every little thing. Kind of difficult to do in 30 minutes. If they're looking for perfect reading comprehension and numbers people, they're missing out on a lot of great leadership potential, that's all I have to say.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

Interview
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
