First culture fit test, then personal fit test, then a video interview with yourself. This video interview is very impersonal and weird with a maximum of 60sec to answer the question with no possibilities to ask questions and interact with someone..

Verschillende online assessments worden opgevolgd door een assessment day. Motivatiebrief, personality tests, reasoning tests (abstract, verbal, numerical), situational judgement test, camera-interview, een assessment day, inclusief 2 groepsopdrachten en een persoonlijke sollicitatiegesprekken en tenslotte een 5vs 5 panel

Interview
Na het screenen van je profiel, krijg je een uitnodiging om online tests in te vullen. Daarna doe je een video interview om daarna dan naar het Assessment Centre te gaan. Tot slot is er het Final Panel waarbij je door managers geïnterviewd wordt.
