Fill out standard application and answer questions based around why ABInBev. Then a couple of tests online (same as every other company). Phone interview lasted only 20 minutes, she stopped as soon as the 20 minutes were up. It consisted of competency questions only and these were based around past experiences.

Tell me a time when there was conflict in a team you were in?
Got selected but had a group discussion round, where the company person was not interested in listening. No one was selected from our group only because the company representative was not listening and was on her phone.
It consisted of Group Discussion round in which only girls had an edge. The next was another GD round followed by interview. The interview was asked on Supply Chain and some technical questions.
There is an aptitude test in which there are games, then there is gd round and then the is a group interview round. Gd and gi are in the same day. They don’t give a lot of time to prepare.
