CV, phone screening, online gamified assessment, video case study, interview & business case game together with other trainee candidates around Europe for different programs, final panel with senior leaders and other candidates
Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
Difficult - long form virtual interview spaced out over the day with many questions that are hard to prepare for - focuses on 10 principles for a lot of the questions.
