I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in May 2017
Interview
First got a call from consultant regarding this opportunity, seeking my agreement to process for it. In the second call, the consultant mentioned that they are in immediate need and want to initiate the process ASAP.
Considering their urgency, I agreed to be available for the interview at the cost of a half day leave to avoid any scheduling challenges.
Guess what! The interview was cancelled not once but this happened twice. Even after such bad experience I still agreed for the next attempt owing to my desire to get through a company whose products are my first love .. Beer!
The third attempt was a success and got a call.
The interviewer questions were to the point and well thought through. They were technical questions and too detailed on the machine learning techniques.. model diagnostics, model levers, and outputs interpretation.
The only bad part is the feedback which I received from the consultant claiming that I spelled the company name incorrectly i.e ABBEV instead of ABInBev .... Oh common folks... Is this the best you got, to reject... It was a telephonic conversation guys, do you not agree that we in India have some serious network connectivity issues.
I am a professional catering to analytical needs of Fortune 150 clients in my current org and I am well trained to do enough background research before getting onto calls.
You lost me there guys!
