Animade interview questions

Great, lovely people very welcoming and professional. Made me feel at ease whilst getting to know me. There were three stages a phone call, one online interview, and the final in-person interview. I wish all interviews were like this.

Initial call with in-house recruiter, then a video call with head of ops & in-house recruiter, and finally a homework assignment which was presented in-office to head of ops, production and in-house recruiter. Very friendly people, with a healthy team culture. Great communication throughout until it came to the final stage, where it took over two weeks, and after probing by me, for them to let me know my application had not been successful. Slightly let down by communication at the end, but if they look to improve that then it would be a great interview experience.
