It was easy, started in LinkedIn, followed up a couple of in person interviews. Hiring was clear and onboarding was very quick.
The hiring manager(s) were of help. There were constant emails for discussions about the position and other requirements of both myself and the employer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Animo Tech (Scarborough, ON) in Oct 2024
Interview
When I finished my first round, they wanted me to attend the in-person interview, after that, they let me finish a final assessment. I finished that ASAP, but they didn't reviewed that ASAP. After 10 days, I emailed a follow-up and they replied to me that they wanted to move forward with another candidate. I know the truth that it is difficult for NG to find a job ASAP. Finally, I emailed them to ask something about my future improvement and the difference between me and another candidate. They didn't answer that. To be honest, if they didn't want to hire, they don't have to let me finish that assessment to waste my time because I thought I had done it well.

Why did you want to choose the stm32 for the vapor product?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Animo Tech (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2020
Interview
Scam through and through. This company used the interview to get market research work done for below minimum wage.
They give work to the candidate as an "interview test" with no intention of hiring. After 3 weeks of working for them under the pretense of an interview test, I asked them if I was being considered for the job at which point they stopped communication.
