I have applied to this organisation twice, several years apart, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing.
In 2018, I applied for a role for which I met all the required criteria. Despite follow-ups, I did not hear back and assumed the process had moved forward without me. A few months later, I unexpectedly received a call inviting me for two rounds of interviews on the very next day. I expressed my interest and availability, but the communication stopped again without any update. After I shared feedback about this experience, the HR team reached out, explained that the position had been filled internally, and requested an update to my review, which I agreed to do.
I applied again in November 2025 for a role that aligned very closely with my skills and experience. I received a rejection within a couple of hours, which made it clear that my application had not been meaningfully reviewed. Despite reaching out for feedback, I did not receive any response.
These repeated experiences over several years point to a pattern of inconsistent communication and a lack of transparency in the recruitment process. It would greatly benefit candidates if the hiring team ensured proper review of applications, provided timely updates, and offered at least minimal feedback when requested. Such steps would help create a more respectful and professional experience for applicants.
