I was repeatedly assured that feedback would be shared at specific times, but no update was ever provided—not even a simple confirmation or rejection. This lack of communication and transparency was very frustrating and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring practices. Candidates should think carefully before leaving their current job for this company. Based on my experience, there is a risk of last-minute uncertainty or lack of clarity, so it is advisable to confirm everything properly before making any decisions.
