3 step interview process - Online test which includes 2 coding question, multiple mcq's - technical round 1 - Some junior girl joined in and shared google forms containing some mcq questions, and then a system design problem have been shared, I've shared the detailed answer on email - technical round 2 - Very bad experience in this one, interviewer was not interested much to ask multiple questions, keep on asking some basic ques and keeps on revolving around it, no system design, no node js, no nothing, Purely frontend round, he said that he was unaware that I was a majorly backend dev and getting interviewed for tech architect. They do not have any suitable employee to interview any senior person. they were unsure about the compensation also, firstly they said one figure but later another HR called and said the amount is 5 lakhs less, like it some kind of joke going on.
