Call and group interview. Met with owner and regional manager. Super easy, casual chat. Nothing to be nervous about at all. Wear nice polo and slacks, with sneakers. Be early, and introduce yourself to the employees you can see before your interview.

Interview
Short phone interview and then invited in for an in person interview. The district manager interviewed me. Most questions dealt with customer service and sales. Heard back three days after the interview.

Interview
Supper fast turn around got interviewed over the phone less than a week after submission of application. I then got brought in the gym for in person meeting to go over more details. Offered the job on the spot.
