AoGrand Group interview questions

Role: BDM, introducing their products new to the market - currently no products / samples in AUS, no market research conducted, no product testing, no leads, JD mentioned salary and allowances. Application sent, contacted by mail to set interview via WhatsApp , further communication via WhatsApp. Interview went promising until the end, when I learned that they changed their mind - no (zero) salary, no allowance. I shall do market research, marketing, etc at my own expenses. Once I start selling, I get good commission, however, once we sell more, my commission is reduced and I work with a base salary.
