      In-School Actuarial Interview

      Feb 14, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2019

      Interview

1st - Phone Screening - review resume, basic behavioral questions 2nd - In-Person Interview - Meet with 3-5 members of the actuarial team and review your resume and qualifications. More behavioral questions. Finally, you get to eat lunch with members of the team and ask more informal questions. The weirdest part of the interview is that they group you up with 2 other applicants for the position in the process. Makes for a weird competitive atmosphere.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Describe a roadblock you encountered while working on an analytical project, and how you worked past it.
