The interview process was straightforward and direct. Everyone was polite and courteous. Some of the questions had nothing to do with intellectual property or computer science and more to do with logic.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Aon (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
You get a choice to pick a language (C or python). I choose C and I was tested on pointers, double pointers and dynamic memory allocation. Strings, arrays and structures might also be tested.

Question 1
Asked to identify a string concatenation code in C
I applied online. I interviewed at Aon in Oct 2020
Interview
Extremely unprofessional. They will string you along for months without any updates or providing any sort of closure. Followups don't help either. One can only "assume" that one has been rejected. After the final round, if they decide to reject you, don't expect a word from them. Extremely disrespectful to the candidate.
Average interview process. First round has you record your responses to a set of questions with your webcam. Second round is a code review (Python or C++ only). Third round is 3 1-hour interviews with the team.
