Interview
Application process took me 3 weeks and consisted of: -Application Form -Online Assessment -HireVue Video Interview -Assessment Centre (AC) -Offer I found the application process smooth and quick. All instructions given to me for each application stage were easy to follow and I had a 4-5 day wait between each stage. The Virtual AC required me to complete a 1/2 hour task beforehand and prepare a personal and technical presentation. The AC assessed tasks began with a 1 hour group problem-solving activity, followed by presenting the 2 prepared presentations. Finally, an interview was held. The interviewer was was very approachable and friendly and the interview felt more like a discussion and getting to know each other, rather than a harsh interview. I found all the Aon employees very friendly and helpful throughout the application process and AC, and made sure that I was feeling at ease and comfortable.

Question 1
Online Assessment assessed mathematical and verbal reasoning ability. HireVue Video Interview consisted of around 5/6 typical competency and motivation questions. Assessment Centre Interview consisted of a personal interview began by focusing on motivational and competency questions. Next came 3 case study questions. The first was the classic game theory 5 pirates question. The second was a mathematical question. The last was a standard operational consulting case study question.

Interview
Following the initial application to Aon, there is a numerical test. After this, there is a video interview made up of 7 competancy type quetions and then finally there is an assessment centre.

First you submit your CV through their website, and then get invited to do a few online tests if they deem you suitable to the position. After passing that, I got invited to do a "video interview" in which I answered 5 questions that showed up on screen, with no possibility of rerecording the answer
