Interview
Screening call from HR to briefly discuss my background, salary requirements, and interest in the role. They flew me to the city where the job was based to interview with 5 different people and flew home the same day. Most interviews were a mixture of STAR formatted questions (tell me about a time when..) and general personality questions. How well you fit in with the office culture and people is just as important as your work history.
