Aperio Group interview questions

Was sent a test before an actual interview. Excel, fairly straightforward but very vague questions. It does take a good part of your day though. Some matching, basic equations, and some vague requests at the end.

Very lengthy process, about a 5 interviewing rounds before being receiving and offer. People (employees) are their most important asset! Everyone involved in the interviewing process was overly kind, comforting, and respectful. Thoroughly enjoyed getting to know employees, who answered my questions sincerely. Great opportunity to poke the CEO’s mind towards the end of the process. Overall, after speaking with Aperio for a couple of weeks, I have nothing but great things to say about them. Great company, great interviews, amazing culture.
