How does Aperio differentiate its direct indexing strategy from its competition?
The interviewer was 15 minutes late for our scheduled meeting, and I had to reach out to HR to inquire about the delay. During the interview, the questions lacked a clear focus, and when I asked questions in return, the interviewer was unable to provide answers. This experience left me with a sense of unprofessionalism.
