They asked classic STAR format questions. Tell me about a scenario when fill in the blank happened. What happened and how did you handle it. They were very customer focused and emphasized willingness to confront coworkers and suppliers. Interview was conversational and seemed to go well, interviewers answered questions in detail. Main concern with my interview and reason stated for no offer after the entire process was why would I be applying to the job a year after starting my current employment, my reason was that APEX reached out and recruited me in the first place and that the opportunity had potential, seemed off and an odd thing to verbalize to a candidate and a clearly a misalignment between interviewers and their internal recruiter.
