ApexIT Consulting Group interview questions

First round of interviews was with a person who wasn’t asking any position related questions. It was as if they almost did not work there. Second round of interviews was with a PM who pretty much admired that clients yell at the contractors. Not really any relevant QA question but the person pretty much spent talking about the timelines. Recruiter ghosted me, then out of nowhere somehow got good feedback on my interview and asked if I wanted a Formel offer. Which I said yes to. Never got an offer letter. This was not professional nor any good at screening people. I can only imagine what life is like working there.
