there were tree meetings: first a short 20 minute teams call with HR, then a 2 hour in person technical review with two engineers were they ask some questions, it's not a real test but they do ask technical questions and talk about your cv, then a 1 hour meeting with the CTO where he just asked about my cv and studies.

De sollicitatieprocedure begon met een kennismakingsgesprek. Hierna zouden ze terug contact opnemen voor een eventueel vervolggesprek. Na 2 herinneringen aan de recruiter (na 3 weken) antwoord gekregen voor een tweede gesprek. Hierna gingen ze weer iets laten weten, maar ook dan weer geen reactie. In het algemeen zeer slechte recrutering.
The first step was a call with HR to discuss organizational matters and the second step was an on-site technical interview. The process concluded with ghosting and absolutely no details given, in spite of a promise to get a quick feedback.
