First Round: A 30 minite Google meet with HR, talk about general information and candidates motivation; Second Round: A one-hour Google meet with COO, talk in more deepth in past experience, motivation, choices, etc. Third Round: Case study, focus on data analysis. Fourth Round: A two-hour interview with COO and another person. (I stopped at second round, the whole process I know from HR)

Interview
The CEO said she wanted to just have a friendly chat to see if she got along with me. She expressed that skills were less important than fitting into the culture, because they are able to teach whomever they hire the required skills.

Question 1
There were no set questions, it went in all directions. I would be trying to answer one question and before I could get to the point of what I was saying, another question would be asked, which made it difficult to showcase my skills and experience. I felt a bit like my life experiences and confidence was being judged more than my skills.
