Apollo Marketing Group interview questions

The first round of the interview was speaking with the “owner”. He asked basic questions about myself. He was very vague with what the job position was. Said that they market for Fortune 500 companies. The next round interview was with a Team Leader who quizzed me on marketing vocabulary and marketing terms. They finally showed me the structure of the business. This was NOT an “Events Assistant” job. IT IS A SALES POSITION. The only job titles you will have at this job are as follows: Account Executive (you will be selling things at a booth at Walmart for less than minimum wage with awful hours on your feet all day) Team Leader (same as previous position but now you have to “build a team” to make it to the next position), Junior Executive Campaign Manager (owning your own MLM!! How fun!!) After the interview, you have to fill out a long questionnaire, basically selling yourself to them, and quizzing you on what they spoke about during the interviews. They have not followed up with any answers to my questions. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They have no social media presence as a “marketing company”, their website is vague and doesn’t list any of their clients, and their website does not list their address. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If you would like to avoid these kinds of marketing jobs, look into Devil Corps. This is 100% an MLM devil corp.

I didn't know it was a group interview when I joined the call, the interview said it was because the sheer amount of applicants. Then it's the usual pitch: they're looking to recruit tons of associates and make them managers in 3-6 months etc. He said they will give me a call back to let me know if I made it to the next round or not the same afternoon. Never got a call from them again.
