1. 1 min Self intro
2. They ask question about you from cv
3. code test using react (around 15 mins)
4. You can ask them questions
The whole interview around 30-40 mins
The interviewer seemed to have no idea what he was doing or hadn't prepared adequately. He kept asking me meaningless, shallow, and random questions like "What's your strength compared to others?" and "What's your ideal programmer?" He barely made eye contact and didn't respond to my answers. When I asked about concerns besides salary, I inquired about working hours and benefits. Initially, he only provided the start working hour, but I had to ask again for the end hour. As for benefits, he simply said he didn't know about them. If you don't want to hire people or aren't prepared to ask meaningful questions, then why bother conducting interviews? It's especially frustrating when I specifically requested an online interview, but he insisted on a face-to-face meeting. It was a complete waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at AppicIDEA IT Solutions (Hong Kong) in Mar 2021
