Starts with a phone/skype interview then moves into an in person. The people at Apex don't really have a clue what GIS is so the questions are really easy/ first year of GIS courses level stuff. The things you'll probably be doing task wise isn't really GIS analysis anyways so I guess it's not too important. When I was hired the team was still really small so I think they may have gotten a better system in place by now.
