I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Apple (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2014
Interview
Lengthy and lots of different middle management interviews about your character and person. Focus mostly on you as an individual and not so much your depth of technical expertise (they'll teach you that part anyway).
The first interview is a group interview. Seemed like the more outgoing you were the more the interviewer was interested in talking to you. Probably a group of 6-8 people. The 3 most engaging would make it to the next interview which was with a manager.

Question 1
What are some of your experiences in dealing with helping people?
1 group round
4 individual rounds with each manager in the store
Goal is to see how you can hold a conversation about certain topics. Show that you have a genuine interest in the company and its products and also a passion for customer service
There were three rounds of interviews. All of the interviews were included two or more other potential applicants. It was overall a very good experience and a very quick process.
