Was referred by a friend. Came in for an interview, asked a series of questions and took a few tests. Completed drug tests and background check. After 2-3 days of no response, I was called and asked to come into the office. Came in, and was offered an iOS Advisor role. Within 5months, I gained the Senior Advisor role.

Interview
The interview for me consisted of a phone call, a virtual Zoom interview, and and in person interview with two managers at the Austin campus.
The phone interview was just to inform me of the opportunity and what to expect next, and the Zoom meeting felt like a pre-screening for the in person interview.
The in-person interview consisted of technical and personality type questions. They are more concerned with customer service than technical skills for these positions. You will be trained on the technical side.
The whole process took about 2 months from the initial call to the job offer.
