Interview
- Referral through a manager
- Recruiter reached out the next day for a 20 minute introductory call
- Scheduled a 30 minute interview with a team member after three weeks
- Scheduled an Onsite round - 6 1:1 interviews, 30 minutes each with a break
It was super frustrating to hear back from the recruiter, required numerous follow-up emails to know of the next steps. No clear feedback was provided.
I thought I did the onsite round really well, but I was ghosted for almost a month, and then they let me know that I was not considered.

2. How will you test XYZ product from a user's perspective?
3. How will you deal with disagreement between Engineering team and Testing team?
4. How will you communicate your disagreement with the Engineering team to upper management?

7. What is your risk management strategy?
8. How do you prioritize bugs?

First starts with a recruiter call
Then to a EPM peer, where you have a conversation on background and standard questions as well as a prioritization question.
Then if you pass, then you would move onto a loop with 5 other stakeholders.

But need to be technically knowledgeable and have the relevant experience in both engineering and program management. Pretty standard questions asked from all interviewers. The overall interview process is long. It starts with general recruiter call followed by 2-3 one on one calls with hiring manager and recruiting teams, followed by a technical presentation and a day of panel interviews.
