Phone interview with a recruiter, common behavioral questions asked follow by interest in relocating post pandemic. Second round with a hiring manager, basic questions again with some mental math to assess quickness on your feet.

What makes you a better fit for this position over someone else.
The interview process included an initial recruiter screening, technical and behavioral interviews, Excel and financial analysis assessments, followed by panel discussions focused on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
I only made it through the first stage. The interviewers were very friendly and the questions were open ended which made it easier to answer. I felt comfortable and at ease.

When have you disagreed with your manager and how did you handle it?
I only got to the HR screener so can't give to many details. Standard HR questions involving tell me about yourself and juggling deadlines. Not many technicals in the HR round.
