I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Apple
Interview
Interview at IEEE Conference. Interview with director level. Very nice person. Sat at a coffee table for about 1 hour. Talked about teams and organizational structure. Also, discussed his lifetime experience and views on antenna designs and antenna engineers.
Questions covered Maxwell Equations, and the importance of displacement currents.
First, there will be an interview with the supervisor and HR, and then there will be a technical interview. After 4 rounds of interviews, most of the interviewers were experienced engineers. The whole process is very professional, but HR will not proactively inform the results.

Effect of Antenna Substrate Thickness on Radiation Efficiency
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Apple in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied on the Apple website, a recruiter arranged the interview, and I had a technical interview for about 1 hour. after a week I received an email. the interview was not difficult but it was very focused on printed antenna solutions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The technical part was okay but HR was a mess, they would forget to call or follow up or get back to me. They were a lot of nice and knowledgeable engineer I talked to.
