Moderate Interview however the people intevriewing you are sometimes very vague and do not caliriify the question so you need to ask many questions to make sense out of their questions

Started with a typical screening, followed by four virtual interviews with team members and four in person interviews with managers, and a final meeting with a senior manager. All interviews were unstructured, and contained a mix of personality questions and technical/job related questions.
