The interview process started with an over-the-phone conversation. It felt easy and relaxed as the interviewer quickly built rapport. It felt like you were talking to a friend. The questions felt natural, and I was able to answer them honestly.
The interview process unfolded across three distinct stages, with the majority of assessments and evaluations being conducted within a group context. This collaborative approach allowed for a comprehensive exploration of candidates' interpersonal skills, teamwork, and communication abilities. As the process progressed, applicants engaged in various group exercises, fostering a dynamic environment for the exchange of ideas and problem-solving

Interview
No gender equality. Everyone I contacted as manager and HR were all males. We were 4 females at 3rd interview to pick. I really do not have to say anything more. Never see such a thing in my life before. At least good to see some females in stores and commercials in Turkey in 21st century.
Meet-and-greet with your fellow candidates and about 15-20 Apple Store employees followed by a team exercise (creating a product, pitching it, etc.), finally followed by two 20 minute one-on-one interviews.
