Il colloquio in Apple è fortemente basato su domande comportamentali con il metodo STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless
Challenge yourself. Each interview is different than the last even for the same role. You must be able to share stories that support the goals of the store. Moving up can be quite challenging due to the number of applicants
