      Specialist Interview

      Anonymous employee
      California, MD
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (California, MD)

      Interview

The interview process started with an online application, I applied a cover letter as well as a link to my LinkedIn but you don't need all of that. Just Resume and maybe cover letter. Both Interviews were virtual group interviews, Nothing was in person. First interview was with a senior manager. It was a group interview of 2 other applicants. The interviewer really made it feel comfortable, We each introduced ourselves. I found being excited about your own interests and hobbies and showcasing it during the questions is what they like. Do make sure to add customer Service experiences. Passed and went onto the second group interview with the store leader was a total of 5 applicants this time (including me). When answering questions get to the point but know how to tell a story and how you felt about those experiences. Very chill overall, Don't be nervous, just practice questions and remember its just a conversation with others who want to know about you! You got this : )

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

1st Interview: Tell us about yourself. Why Apple? Tell me about a time when you had a difficult customer, How did you handle it? What was the outcome? Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations. (one more behavioral question but I forgot) 2nd Interview: Why Apple? Tell me about a time when you took action before anyone else? Talk About a time when you dealt with ambiguity, What personal steps are you taking to further your professional goals?
