First interview was done over zoom. Was pretty standard questions, but with 3 people on the panel. Overall felt like a barrage of questions unlike other interviews I did elsewhere that were more like a conversation.
Got through to the second stage where I was encouraged to go to their site in Lewes. I got showed around the site which was nice. The interview was fairly straight forward and what you would expect. I enquired about wfh but they seemed reluctant to ever implement that even though this job could easily work with the hybrid model. Overall the people seemed ok there but a bit old fashioned. After the second interview it was implied that I would interview again for the third stage which in itself seemed unnecessary for this role. But the main issue is the fact I got "ghosted" after the second interview after traveling to Lewes and getting ready, it is very unprofessional to not even give a generic rejection email. However I am now working for a company that offers hybrid wfh with more career prospects. The interview process there, was much more straightforward and communitive so it worked out in the end.
