I applied through other source. I interviewed at Apprenticeship Connect (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Lengthy and condescending. The company wanted a qualified tutor rather than a trainee and pointed out flaws with training would have accomplished the role by end of the apprenticeship. The opportunity it self was fantastic given what it would have entailed to be if they are recruiting an apprenticeship applicant.

I applied online. I interviewed at Apprenticeship Connect (London, England)
Interview
Completely falsely advertised as a “Trainee” position. They wanted people who were experienced as a Tutor. The representatives were nice as pie via email but via their video call they were straight faced, nit picked and even belittled their own colleagues. They wasted hours and hours of my time and made me feel very small. I applied for a “Trainee” role to be supported and mentored not belittled and squashed. They were impossible to please
