Interview
I applied for the position in February and only heard back in April. I had an initial Talent Acquisition interview with the future manager - the Head of Talent, and the impression was very positive. The company seemed extremely promising, which is still my impression today.
As a second step, I completed a case study with the same interviewer. It involved preparing my vision for building the TA function for hard-to-fill positions. I found the assignment very interesting and genuinely enjoyed working on it. During the interview I received positive feedback and was convinced I did well.
The interviewer was very kind throughout the process and it felt like a genuine conversation instead of a Q&A session, although written communication was quite slow and responses were often delayed.
Unfortunately, in the end, I was ghosted and never received a final response or update.

Question 1
What suggestions would you make for hiring hard to fill positions?
There were several rounds (3 for internship), which were technical, with an article to read and criticize for the second round; the third was supposed to be with the CEO. I did not go further than the second one.
